NOT  accept

  • Acetylene cylinders
  • free flowing liquids (including water)
  • hazardous waste- toxic or poisonous, we don't want it
  • infectious materials- blood soaked or biohazardous items are a no go
  • liquids or scrap containing free flowing liquids (fuels, antifreeze, oils, paints or hydraulic fluid
  • mercury containing materials- thermostats, switches or fluorescent light bulbs

  • non metallic items- concrete, wood, asphalt, dirt, debris, tires

  • pcb-containing materials

  • radioactive scrap- anything exhibiting radiation levels above background
